For this interior fitout for Hildy’s in Allentown, we constructed a 200 square foot hoagie shop. This local family owned business is located at the Allentown Fairgrounds. This interior renovations project included furnishing a small kitchen area, prep area and a full service counter to provide efficiency in a small space. Kahler Construction worked with the owners on all aspects of construction from selecting materials and finishes to meet the needs of the project.
