Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
For this commercial renovation, we altered this 1950s warehouse building in two phases of construction to create office space for the agency. The total 2,400 square foot renovation includes a reception area, eight offices, bathroom, break room and a large conference room. The brick façade was painted, aluminum windows and entry doors were added and corrugated metal sheeting was installed with an acrylic blue band to give this building a modern look.
