Allentown, Pennsylvania
Kahler Construction completed this modern ChopFin Allentown interior fit-out, transforming a 1,100-square-foot space into a stylish rolls and bowls eatery. To begin, the goal was to create a sleek, inviting atmosphere that reflected the brand’s vibrant and fresh identity.
First, we opened the ceiling and painted it black to add depth and visual interest. Then, polished concrete floors were installed to enhance durability and provide a clean, contemporary foundation. Additionally, a mix of wood slat and ceramic wall finishes brought warmth and texture to the design.
Furthermore, wicker lighting fixtures were added as the finishing touch. As a result, the natural tones and soft illumination tied the entire space together, balancing modern minimalism with inviting comfort.
Overall, this ChopFin Allentown project showcases how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can turn a simple space into a standout dining destination. Moreover, every element works in harmony to create a fresh, modern atmosphere perfect for guests and staff alike.

Client Testimonial
“We had an excellent experience working with Kahler Construction to do the build-out for our fast casual restaurant, Chopfin. Communication, dependability, honesty and good work are not a problem with Kahler Construction and these are all things I have had difficulty finding in other contractors. I would definitely recommend using Kahler Construction and I will be using them in the future for any contracting needs that I have.”
