“We just completed our 4th project with Kahler Construction and we are very happy homeowners. We sent Budd a photoshopped picture of a room added over our garage asking if it was possible. He got us in contact with an architect and made all our dreams a reality. This was a huge project for us but we felt so good jumping into it with Budd leading the way. He is organized, honest, experienced, realistic, trustworthy and creative. Budd and his team ripped the roof off our garage, built a new bedroom and closet, replaced our whole roof, took out a large bedroom hall to make a new hallway, reconfigured and renovated our old master bathroom to work in our new master bedroom, replaced all our flooring on the stairs and upstairs, put in a custom closet, and replaced our railings. We ran into a few unexpected delays and things that required a structural engineer and Budd made us feel at ease and took care of everything. He came to the job with enthusiasm and creative ideas for finishing our space. Our whole renovation is absolutely stunning and we are so happy.
