For this Basement Remodel in Saucon Valley, we took this unfinished basement and created a great family area including a Home Theater, bedroom, full bathroom, gym, game area and wine room. A custom half wall was built with a raised panel wainscot and quartz counter top behind the raised floor for the theater area. Six (6) custom columns were built with raise panels and wall sconces along with the rope lighting at the raised floor to give it a theater feeling. The family can enjoy their movies on the one hundred twelve (112) inch by fifty six (56) high screen to make it feel like their actually there.
