For this Detached Garage in Emmaus, PA, we constructed this 24′ x 28′ garage with engineered/designed roof trusses for additional storage above. This garage has a 100 amp electrical service with convenient outlets and lighting to make this a workable space as well. The exterior finishes include 8″ beaded vinyl siding and architectural shingles for the roof.
